Rice vada

Rice vada
This one is I prepared with leftover cooked rice so further no need to worry about left over rice. while preparing this I had doubt about its result but I couldn't believe it came out well. And nobody could identify this one is with leftover rice. 

Ingredients
Left over cooked rice (white rice)                                              : 1 ½  cup
Rice flour                                                                                        : 1 ½ tsp
Curd                                                                             : 2 tsp
Chilli powder                                                                 : 1 tsp
 Turmeric powder                                                          : ¼ tsp
Chopped onion                                                                : ½ cup
Curry leaves                                                                  : 1 tsp
Crushed cumin seed                                                         : ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Preparation
  1. Mash boiled rice with your hand and add rice flour to it mix well
  2. Add other ingredients and mix well
  3. Heat oil in pan
  4. Take small portion of rice and flatten with your finger like small puri
  5. Deep fry in hot oil until it changes to golden colour
  6. Serve hot .
