Beef fry

I think I don't need to tell anything about it, you just try this spicy beef fry with rice or chapathi. 

Ingredients
Beef                                                          : 500g
Chopped shallot                                          : 2 tbsp
Crushed ginger garlic                                  : 2 tsp
Chilli powder                                              : 1 ½ tsp
Coriander powder                                       : 2 tsp
Turmeric powder                                        : ½ tsp
Pepper powder                                           : ½ tsp
Garam masala                                             : 1 tsp
salt to taste
Oil                                                            : 2 tbsp
Curry leaves

Preparation           
  1. Cut beef into small pieces and mix all ingredients with it except oil and curry leaves. Mix well with your hand and keep for half an hour. Cook this in pressure cooker with little water. If there any water left after cook, keep in flame till water get dried.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a wok at medium flame.
  3. Add curry leaves and cooked beef. Fry till it become black
