Chatti pathiri with double filling

All purpose flour                     1 cup
Meat filling
Beef/chicken                           250g
Turmeric powder                    ½ tsp
Pepper powder                        1 tsp
Garam masala                         ½ tsp
Onion (medium size)               2
Green chilli                                3
Garlic (finely chopped )           1tsp
Ginger (finely chopped)           1tsp
Curry leaves and coriander leaves       1tbsp
Turmeric powder                      1/4 tsp
Pepper powder                          1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Egg filling
Egg                                                2
Pepper powder                            1 tsp
Chpped onion                               2
Green chilli                                    3
Turmeric powder                         ¼ tsp
Curry leaves                                  3 stalks

For coating
Egg                                                 2
Milk                                                ½ cup 
oil                                                    3 tbsp

1.       In a bowl mix all purpose flour, salt and enough water to make a soft dough , knead the dough until it smooth
2.       Divide it into five equal part and each piece roll into a ball
3.       With the help of rolling pin make very thin tortillas
4.       Cook these in a pan for few seconds (take out before turning brown)
Meat filling
5.       In a pan mix chicken or beef, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp garam masala, salt and enough water
6.       Cook well and mince the meat into small pieces
7.       Place a pan in low fire and add 1 tbsp of oil
8.       Add finely chopped onion into this and saute for 3 minute
9.       Add green chilli, garlic, ginger one by one and saute
10.     Add ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp pepper powder, ¼ tsp garam masala, salt mix well and keep for few more minutes
11.      Finally add curry leaves and coriander leaves
12.     Turn off the fire and let it cool
13.      Make this in to two portion
Egg filling
14.   Heat a pan with 1 tbsp of oil
15.   Add chopped onion and fry for 5 min then add chopped green chilli and saute for few more minute
16.   Mix egg, pepper powder and salt. Mix well and add this into fried onione saute well
17.   Make this in to two portion
18.   Add turmeric powder, salt and finally add curry leaves
For chatti pathiri
19.   In a deep non-stick pot add 1 tsp of vegetable oil and keep in low fire
20.   Take milk in a bowl
21.   In a separate bowl add two eggs and mix well
22.   Dip one tortilla in milk first then dip in egg and place this in pot
23.   Add meat mix on above this and spread nicely
24.   On top of it, place one more tortilla dipped in milk and egg
25.   Add egg filling on it and do the same as above
26.   On top of it, place one tortilla dipped in milk and egg
27.   Then add meat mix after that place one tortilla then egg mix
28.   Place the last tortilla on top
29.   pour remaining egg over tortilla
30.   close the lid and cook 10 minute
31.   Flip and cook the other side until it turn golden brown color
