Egg kabab

Egg kabab

Friday..holiday....don't have work tension so relaxed...today I prepared my husband's favorite dishes bread upma, prawn biriyani and chilli bajji he is very happy...
This Egg kabab I prepared long back but I couldn't post so decided to post today. It is a very tasty kids friendly snack (if you avoid chilli). It can serve as appetizer and also as evening snack. You can try this with modifications by adding more veggies or chicken pieces in potato mixture and instead of bread crumbs you can use oats.
