Kili kudu / bird nest

kili kudu

Actually I don't know what I call this. My friend told its name is "kili kudu" (bird nest) because of its shape. Long back ago I heard about this snack but I was not sure about the ingredient and method of preparation. I just did a try and it came out well.  First time I prepared this when my friend and her family visited home. That was our first meeting we were friend through "WhatsApp" we connected through messaging. Now she became one of my best friend.
If I tell about this snack I can guarantee the taste. Outer crispy vermicelli is the main attraction of this snack.
