Egg bajji

I already posted one egg onion bajji recipe before now I am posting simple egg bajji that was in my draft last two month. Egg bajji is a common tea time snack. This is a tasty snack and adding rice flour in batter increased it taste more. Try to serve hot so taste will be better.

Hard boiled egg               : 4
Besan flour                      : ¾ cup
Rice flour                        : ¼ cup
Pinch of asafoetida
Cooking soda                   : ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder            : 1tsp
Turmeric powder            : ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

1.     Make a thick batter with besan flour, rice flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, cooking soda and salt by adding enough water.
2.    Cut  hard boiled egg into equal half
3.    Coat each egg pieces with besan batter
4.    Deep fry in hot oil at medium flame
5.    Make sure both side became golden brown color
6.    Drain and place in tissue paper

7.    Serve hot with tomato sauce
