Semolina ladoo/ rava ladoo

Rava/semolina laddo is the one of my favorite ladoo. I don't like to add sugar syrup or condensed milk in rava ladoo so I added coconut milk but you can add any of this as your wish. You may be thinking Rava ladoo  is harder but you know Its outer will little harder but inside is melty with sweet coconut taste. This was second ladoo finished faster as coconut ladoo. 
1 cup of Semolina
2 tbsp of crushed cashews and almond
1 ½ tbsp of raisins
½ tsp of cardamom powder
¾ cup of powdered sugar
3 tbsp of coconut milk (I used caned coconut milk)
2- 3 tbsp of melted butter or ghee
Add butter in a pan and fry semolina in low flame till fried smell comes (stir continuously to avoid get burn). Add all the remaining ingredients except coconut milk and saute well for 3 minute. Finally add coconut milk and stir well to combine. Switch off the flame. Start making ladoo before it completely cool.
