Choco caramel apple with cake


This is really a simple recipe that we can prepare within 15 minute. I am not calling it as any special recipe it just a simple preparation with some ingredients that is available in any kitchen. But with this you can impress your guest.  Actually I don’t know what name should I give to this? If you can suggest any name please do....
Because of acidity problem last few days I preferring sweets only. So making something new every day :) now my son is so happy...

Ingredients
For mug cake
3 ½ tbsp of all purpose flour
2 tbsp of sugar
¼ tsp of baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp of coco powder (I used drinking chocolate powder)
½ tsp of vanilla powder
1 egg
1 tbsp of oil
1 tbsp of condensed milk
1 tbsp of milk (depends on batter thickness)
For apple
1 apple thinly sliced
2 tbsp of butter
1 ½ tsp of drinking chocolate powder
1 ½ tbsp of condensed milk
2 tbsp of sugar
One scoop vanilla ice cream (optional)

Preparation
1.     1 used around 10.5cm length and around 7 cm width mug (cup) for cake
2.    Add all the ingredients in same cup and mix nicely. Make smooth batter
3.    Keep in microwave at high temperature for 90 seconds. Your cake is ready. Let it cool
4.    In a pan melt the butter then add apple
5.    Saute well and take out half portion of apple. Keep aside
6.    Add sugar into the pan melt and let the color to change light golden. At this stage add drinking chocolate and mix well. Turn off the flame
7.    Add condensed milk in other half of apple (that we already took from pan)
8.    Cut the cake (or make small uneven pieces) and place in a plate
9.    Add apple with condensed milk mixture on top of cake
10. Then add choco  caramel apple with syrup

11.  Place one scoop of vanilla ice cream and serve
