Egg roast



I never tried to post those recipe that I prepare during working days mainly because of inadequate time. But last week I prepared this for breakfast with chapati and the taste was awesome. And I couldn't resist myself to share this recipe with you. 


Ingredients
3 hard boiled eggs (cut into small pieces)
3 onion medium size
1 tomato
1 green capsicum
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp chili powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 ½ tsp crushed pepper corn
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 ½ tbsp veg oil

Preparation
1.     Mince onion nicely by using blender
2.    Add oil in a pan and fry minced onion till it turn golden brown color
3.    Then add ginger garlic paste and saute well
4.    Once the raw smell goes add finely chopped tomatoes
5.    Stir well till the tomatoes cook well
6.    Add chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt
7.    Stir nicely then add capsicum (cut into square pieces). Mix well and close the lid. Cook for 5 minute in medium flame
8.    Add crushed pepper corn and coriander leaves then add egg pieces
9.    mix well and keep in low flame for 3 minute
10. serve hot with chapati
