Beef roast/ curry with potato

750 g beef
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp chili powder
2 onions sliced
1 tomato
4 green chilies
4 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger piece
1 ½ tbsp coriander powder
2 tsp chili powder
½ tsp crushed pepper corn (optional)
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
2 potato (make square pieces)
Curry leaves
2 tbsp oil

1)    Cook beef with ½ tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp chili powder, salt and little bit of water
2)   Saute onion in a pan containing hot oil
3)   Add ginger, garlic, green chili, tomato and curry leaves one by one
4)   Saute well and then add all spices.
5)   Mix well and cook till the oil clear
6)   Add cooked beef with stock
7)   Add potato and keep in low flame till it cook well and gravy become thick consistency
8)   Serve hot with white rice or rotis
