Chicken pasta with cheese

I was very much happy while preparing this pasta and was very excited. But the excitement resulted in tragedy when the cheese and milk mixture fell down, fortunately that didn't reach my feet. I prepared the mixture again and that time I was not that much exited. I really worried about the outcome but the result was really good. Even my husband loved it, he is not a fan of pasta. Whole pasta finished within few minute :)

2 cup macaroni
1 cup boneless chicken (cut into square pieces)
1½ tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp red chili flakes
½ tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp butter
Small bell pepper cut into square pieces
¾ cup milk
3 tbsp cheddar cheese (or cream)
Pinch of oregano
Pinch of pepper powder
Pinch of garlic powder

1)    Marinate the chicken with chili flake, pepper powder and salt
2)   Boil six cup of water and add pasta. Add salt and 2 tsp oil, cook for 10 minute (or cook as per the direction from packet)
3)   Drain and wash with cold water. Keep aside
4)   Heat a pan and add butter. Add marinated chicken pieces and fry at low flame.
5)   One it cooked well add capsicum and saute for 3 minute
6)   Add pasta and mix well. Switch off the flame
7)   Meantime in another pot boil milk and add cheese or cream (try to use grated cheese so it will melt fast. I used cubes it took lot time)
8)   Add garlic powder, oregano and pepper powder
9)   Add this mixture in above prepared pasta and mix nicely
10) Serve hot (serve hot before the cheese getting solidify)
