Chicken rice noodles


Prepared this rice noodles with slight modification to suite my family taste buds. Added some garam masala that really changed its taste. 
Ingredients
200g rice noodle
1 ½ tsp chili powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
3 tbsp oil
1 cup boneless chicken pieces
1 ½- 2 cup veggies (I used carrot, cabbage and capsicum)
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
½ tbsp chili sauce
¾ tsp garam masala

Preparation
1)    Soak noodles in hot water for 20 minute. Then drain and add 1 tsp oil into this to prevent sticking
2)   Marinate the chicken pieces with chili powder, turmeric powder and salt. Keep in refrigerator for half an hour
3)   Heat oil in a pan fry marinated chicken pieces
4)   Once fried well drain and keep aside
5)   Add all veggies in same pan
6)   Saute in high flame for 3 minute
7)   Add sauces and salt. Mix well
8)   Mix rice noodles with this (use 2 utensils for mixing)
9)   Finally add chicken pieces and garam masala
10) Mix well and serve hot
