Green peas vada

I wonder why I didn't try this before, its a very tasty snack. As usual by reaching home I started to search eatables in kitchen but nothing found except soaked green peas then prepared this. Although it was an accidental preparation but attained confidence to prepare again again. No it is family hit :)


Ingredients 
1 ½ cup green peas
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
3 tsp chopped green chili
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¾ tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chili powder
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves and curry leaves
Oil for deep fry



 Preparation
1)    Soak green peas in water for 10hr
2)   Drain and grind the green peas with the help of blender or grinder (don’t make fine paste)
3)   Add chopped onion, garlic, green chili, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder and salt
4)   Add rice flour and mix well
5)   Finally add coriander leaves and curry leaves
6)   Take small portion out of this and flatten with your finger
7)   Drop in hot oil and deep fry till it turn golden brown color
8)   Drain and serve hot
