Kadai paneer (cottage cheese)

1 ½ cup paneer pieces
½- 1 tbsp coriander seed
½ tbsp pepper corn
½ fennel seed
½ tsp cumin seed
3 cloves
3 cardamoms
3 dried red chili
1 ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 medium size onions sliced
1 tomato diced
2-3 tbsp thick coconut milk (tinned) (its optional I love coconut milk flavour so added)
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
1 ½ tbsp oil

1)    Roast all spices at medium flame till the nice aroma spread or started to change color
2)   Make fine powder and keep aside
3)   Heat oil in a kadai (or wok) at medium flame. Saute ginger and garlic
4)   Add chopped onion saute well and add diced tomato
5)   Cook well till tomato mashes nicely
6)   Add powdered spices and salt. Stir well for 3-5 minute
7)   Add little bit of water and paneer pieces
8)   Cook well and finally add coconut milk
9)   Keep in low flame for 1 minute
10) Finally add curry leaves and serve hot
