Soya chunk mushroom biriyani- with stepwise picture

I had posted so many non-veg biriyanis why can't try one veg biriyani so here comes one vegetarian biriyani recipe. 

2 ½ cup basmati rice
2 cup soya chunk
¾ tsp chili powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
¾ cup mushroom (you can add more)
4 split cardamom pods
5 cloves
Small piece of cinnamon stick
1 ½ tbsp pepper corn
2 thinly sliced onion
4 garlic cloves, small pieces of ginger and 4 green chilies (minced)
1 tomato
1 ½ tbsp coriander powder
2 tsp biriyani masala/ meat masala (optional)
1 tsp chili powder
¾ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp garam masala
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
3 tbsp oil
4 ¼ cup hot boiled water

1)    Soak soya chunk in water for 15 minute. Squeeze and remove water.
2)   Add chili powder, turmeric powder and salt
3)   Coat well and fry in hot oil at medium falame
4)   Drain and keep aside
5)   Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, pepper corn
6)   Fry for 2 minute
7)   Add sliced onion, saute well then add ginger, garlic, green chili and tomato one by one
8)   Saute well and add all spices and salt then mushroom
9)   Cook in medium flame for 4 minute
10) Add fried soya chunk and coriander leaves
11)  Keep in medium flame for 3-4 minute
12) Add hot water then washed and drained rice
13) Close the lid keep in low flame
14) Once the first whistle comes switch off the flame and keep undisturbed for 20 minute
15) Open the lid mix slowly and serve hot
