Tawa chicken fry

Blogging without chicken recipe is not possible :). I was eagerly waiting for a suitable day to post this recipe.

Chicken 800-1 kg
1 piece (2 inch) Ginger
4 garlic cloves
7-10 dried red chili (depends on your spice level)
¾- 1 tbsp pepper corn (depends on your spice level)
2-3 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
2 tbsp butter

Clean and cut the chicken into big pieces (I made three pieces and made two big slits on breast piece). Pound the chicken by using rolling pin or steak hammer. Grind ginger, garlic, red chili, and pepper corn with lemon juice. Marinate the chicken pieces with this spicy mixture and salt. Keep in refrigerator at least 4hr. Heat a tawa then add butter and fry chicken pieces at low flame (I fried 2 pieces at a time if you are having big tawa you can fry three pieces at a time). Flip over when one side fried well and keep till the other side turn perfect. Now your Tawa chicken ready...
