Banana cake

Yesterday was very busy day. Prepared two cakes, four side dishes for rice . One thing made me very happy that the two cakes were grand success. Day before yesterday I prepared one cake that was flop to compensate that, from morning I started cake preparation ;). Here I am sharing very yummy banana cake...

3 Bananas (ripe)
2 eggs
½ cup powdered sugar
70 g butter (unsalted)
1 cup all purpose flour
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ cooking soda
Pinch of salt
Vanilla essence

1)    Preheat oven at 1500C
2)   Peel banana then mash with fork or spoon and keep aside
3)   Beat butter(room temperature) to make soft then add powdered sugar
4)   Mix by beating then add two eggs
5)   Mix egg nicely with spatula or spoon(don’t over beat eggs)
6)   Mix mashed banana into above mixture
7)   Mix well then add all purpose flour, baking powder, cooking soda, salt finally vanilla essence
8)   Once it mixed nicely transfer the mixture into greased baking dish (either you can layer parchment paper at bottom of baking dish or spread some all purpose flour in greased baking dish.)

9)   Bake at 1500C for 60 minute
