Tomato scrambled egg

Egg scramble curry, I tasted it from my friend Divya but not remembering exactly what are the ingredients she used. By keeping that taste in mind I prepared this with slight modification. 

2 eggs
3 tomatoes (ripe)
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp pepper powder
1 chicken or vegetable stock cube (optional)
Salt to taste
4 tsp oil
1)    Heat a pan and add 2 tsp oil. Add two beaten eggs (don’t over beat) into it
2)   Scramble nicely and keep aside
3)   Add remaining oil in pan and add chopped garlic
4)   Saute well till nice smell comes
5)   Add finely chopped tomato (try to use ripe tomatoes only that will reduce sourness) and cook well till it mash well
6)   Add pepper powder then stock cube
7)   Mix well. Add scrambled eggs and salt
8)   Mix well finally add some water and keep 1 minute

9)   Switch off the flame and serve hot
