Chicken roll

2 pieces of boneless chicken (after mincing it will be around ½ cup)
3 medium size onions
4 green chilis (chopped)
1 ½ tbsp of finely chopped or crushed ginger and garlic
1 tsp pepper powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
1 ½-2  cup all purpose flour
1 ½ cup bread crumbs
1 egg

1)  Add pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt into chicken pieces. Add enough water and cook. Once cooked, let it cool
2)   Make a batter by mixing all purpose flour with enough water and salt
3)   Make thin pancakes with this and keep aside (around 12 pancake you can make)
4)   Heat 1 ½ tbsp oil in a pan and saute chopped onion till it become transparent (add a little salt)
5)   Add green chili, ginger and garlic one by one. Saute well till the raw taste goes
6)   Mince the cooked chicken pieces and add this into the above mixture along with stock. (This stage you can add chili powder if you wish)
7)   Stir well till the water gets dried. Let it cool
8)   Place one pancake on a plate and place some prepared chicken filling in the center
9)   Then roll it and push the side portion inside (or seal)
10) Take egg in a bowl and beat well. Coat each chicken roll in egg
11)  Then coat with bread crumbs
12) Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry. Drain excess oil and place in a tissue paper.
13) Serve hot
