Shrimp spaghetti

200g Spaghetti
1 cup shrimp (cleaned and deveined)
¾ cup chopped onion
1 ½ tbsp chopped garlic
2tbsp of crushed dried red chilli (chilli flakes with seed)
1 chopped tomato (big)
25 g butter
¼ cup permassan cheese (powdered)
¼ cup mozerella cheese
alt to taste
1 tbsp oil

Cook the spaghetti in 4-5 cups of water, salt and 1 tsp of oil. Cook for 10 minute or as per the direction in the packet. Drain and keep aside.

1) Heat oil in a pan.
2) Add chopped onion (now you can add salt this will enhance cooking) and sauté till it become transclusent at high heat.
3) Add garlic sauté for I min, then add tomato cook for 3-5 min.
4) Add chilli flakes, mix well after one minute add shrimp and 1 tbsp of parmassan cheese. Cook for 5 -6 minute.
5) Add butter and spaghetti. Mix well and keep in low flame for 2 minute then transfer this into a baking dish.
6) Sprinkle parmassan cheese and mozerella cheese.

7) Bake in a preheated oven at 1700C for 15-20 min. Serve hot
