Indian style spicy chicken pasta (3)

¼ cup boneless chicken pieces
1 cup pasta
I onion (chopped)
1 tomato
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chopped garlic
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 ½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
½-3/4 cup mixed vegetable (I used frozen veggies)
2 tbsp coconut powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil

1)    Cook tomato in boiling water for 5-8 minute. Transfer the tomato into cold water, once it cooled  peel the skin. Puree the tomato with blender and keep aside
2)   Boil around 2 cups of water, then add pasta, some salt and ½ tsp oil. Cook for 10 minutes or cook as per the instruction on the packet. 
3)   Heat oil in a pan, then add chicken pieces. When it started oozing out water, add ginger and garlic
4)   Saute well and add some salt
5)   Add onion, saute for few minutes. Add turmeric, chili powder and garam masala powder
6)   Saute for 2 minutes, then add veggies. Mix well at this stage add some salt for veggies
7)   After 3 minutes, add tomato puree and let it cook for few minutes
8)   Once all ingredients cooked well add the pasta and mix

9)   Finally, add coconut powder, mix well and let it in low flame for 1 minute. Turn off the flame and serve hot
