Kozhi nirachathu/ stuffed chicken

I couldn't take a better picture for this, I was in hurry. I prepared this when I made a surprise birthday dinner party for my hubby. I got the chance to take picture before guest started to eat.  So please bear this picture. 

One whole chicken
a)       2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to tsate

for stuffing
b)         2 small size onion thinly sliced
½ tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
¼  tsp garam masala powder
1 green chilli chopped
2 eggs
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil

for gravy
c)         3 onion thinly sliced
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
3 green chilli chopped
1 tomato
1 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
½ tsp cumin powder
coriander leaves
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil

1)     marinate the whole chicken with the ingredients listed in section a). keep this in refrigerature for 2 hour
2)    boil the egg, romove the shell and kee aside
3)    heat oil in a pan then sauté ingredients listed in the section along with salt. Sauté the ingredients one by one. Once the onion cooked well turn off the flame. Add the boiled eggs and mix well.
4)    Take a deep bottom pan. Heat it at medium high flame add oil. Once the oil heated up add onion and salt, sauté it for 3 minutes then add green chilli, ginger and garlic. After 2 minutes add tomato then all the spices which listed in section c).  cook for 3 minutes then add marinated chicken
5)    Add ¼ cup water and close the lid. Cook in low flame
6)    Once the chicken cooked well open the lid and keep in high flame to evaporate all water content

7)    Finally add the coriander leaves and serve hot
