Parmesan chicken

Are you looking something different, nontraditional chicken recipe. Then this recipe can count as one of them. Here I am presenting crispy yummy parmesan chicken. 


a) for chicken marination
8 chicken pieces
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chili flakes
½ tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

¾ cup Parmesan cheese (powdered) or you can use shredded 
1 cup bread crumbs (I used whole wheat bread to make bread crumbs)
Pinch of garlic powder
1 tsp chili flakes
Pinch of salt

1 egg
2 tsp milk
enough oil for shallow fry

1)     Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredient listed in ‘a’ section. Refrigerate marinated chicken for 2 hours
2)    In a bowl mix milk and egg. Then keep aside
3)    Take bread crumbs in a plate then add parmesan cheese, garlic powder, chilli flakes (listed in ‘b’ section) and pinch of salt
4)    Coat chicken pieces with egg mixture then parmesan bred crumb mixture
5)    Heat a pan in a medium flame. Drop the well coated chicken pieces in hot oil and fry at medium flame till chicken cooks well 
6)    Drain and place in kitchen paper

7)    Serve hot (with tomato sauce)
