Chicken dry roast

This is small quantity preparation for 2-3 persons

Boneless chicken- 2 breast pieces cut into small pieces
a)       ½ tsp turmeric powder
         ½ crushed pepper
         ½ tsp lemon juice

b)        1 big size onion sliced
2 garlic cloves
1 big piece of ginger
1 green chilli
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
½ tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp iol

Marinate the chicken with the ingredient listed in a) section. Keep the chicken in refrigerature for half an hour

In a pan heat oil then sauté the onion followed by crushed green chilli, ginger and garlic. Cook well till the raw taste goes

Now add marinated chicken. Mix well and add cumin powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder and salt. Mix and cook well. Cook in medium flame till chicken cooks and the onion become caramelised.
