Chicken pizza

After a long time ....

1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp instant yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp sugar
pinch of salt

chicken to fry
2 chicken breast piece
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
3 tbsp oil

pizza sauce
2 big tomatoes
½ tsp garlic paste
½ tsp rosemary
1 small green bell pepper

for pizza setting
150g mozzarella cheese
½ piece of an onion (thinly sliced)
bell peppers- red, green, yellow and orange (depends on your preference, I used all four)

Preheat oven at 1800C

Let start to prepare dough
In a bowl take all-purpose flour, sugar and yeast (I used instant yeast, that you can add directly into flour). Mix all together then add oil and water. Knead it well and make a smooth ball shape dough. Put this in a bowl, brush some oil on top to prevent crack. Cover it with cling wrap or cloth then keep at room temperature for 30 minutes

Mean time prepare pizza sauce – take two tomatoes, make a small cut on top. Put this in a boiling water. When you see tomato’s skin is loosening up switch off the flame. Drain the water completely and let it cool. Once cooled, remove skin and blend it to  make smooth paste. Heat a pan, then pour this tomato puree into the pan, add rosemary, onion and finely chopped bell pepper. Stir continuously still all blend together. Now add mozzarella cheese. After 1 min switch off the flame. Now sauce is ready.

Chicken fry –yummy…
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Marinate it with turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. Fry this in a hot oil and keep aside

Let set pizza

Flatten the dough in a pizza pan (centre thin and edges thick). Spread the prepared sauce on pizza dough. Sprinkle mozzarella then place fried chicken pieces all over the pizza. Sprinkle onion then place bell pepper. Now the time for some more mozzarella. Cover the pizza with mozzarella. Ta Da ---Baking time J bake at 1800C in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Yummy pizza is ready to serve
