Achinga payar mezhukkupuratti

1 ½ cup long bean (achinga payar or pacha payar) pieces (cut into 2cm pieces)
½ tsp turmeric powder
8 shallot
1 big garlic clove
2 dreid red chilli
salt to taste
1 ½ tbsp. coconut oil
½ tsp mustard seed
curry leaves

1)     First cook achinga payar with turmeric powder, salt and same water. Once cooked keep aside
2)    Second step is crush dried red chilli, shallot and garlic with mixer, keep aside
3)    Heat a pan add coconut oil then splutter mustard seed. Add crushed shallot mix. Saute till shallot fry well (saute still getting nice smell).
4)    Now add cooked achinga payar and curry leaves. Mix well and check salt. If need add more, cover the lid keep at low flame for 2-4 minues.
5)    Serve this with rice
