Chicken pakoda/ chicken pakora


2 cup thinly sliced boneless chicken thigh piece
1 ½ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tea spoon cumin seed powder
2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
salt to taste

For batter
1/4 cup besan flour
2 tbsp corn flour
2-3 onion (thinly sliced)
3 green chillies (finely chopped)
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger and garlic
½ tbsp coarsely crushed coriander seed
1 tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
coriander leaf or parsley leaf
salt to taste
oil to fry

First marinate the chicken with chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt and ginger and garlic paste. Let it sit for 15-30 minutes

Now mix all the remaining ingredient together to make onion besan flour mixture. Add marinated chicken into the well mixed onion basen flour batter.

Take a small ball and dip into hot oil. Fry at medium flame till it become brown in color.
