Chicken roll


2 pieces of boneless chicken (after mincing it will be around ½ cup)
3 medium size onions
4 green chilis (chopped)
1 ½ tbsp of finely chopped or crushed ginger and garlic
1 tsp pepper powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
Oil
1) Add pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt into chicken pieces. Add enough water and cook. Once cooked, let it cool
2) Heat 1 ½ tbsp oil in a pan and saute chopped onion till it become transparent (add a little salt)
3) Add green chili, ginger and garlic one by one. Saute well till the raw taste goes
4) Mince the cooked chicken pieces and add this into the above mixture along with stock. (This stage you can add chili powder if you wish)
5) Stir well till the water gets dried. Let it cool
6) Place one spring roll sheet on a plate and place some prepared chicken filling in the center
7) Fold both sides of the sheet then roll it. Seal the edges with all-purpose flour paste (mix some all-purpose flour and water to make a thick paste)
8)Deep fry each roll in hot oil. Drain excess oil and place in a tissue paper.
9) Serve hot
