500ml milk
2-3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp rose syrup
Thin vermicelli/ falooda vermicelli
Strawberry jelly (you can get instant jelly pack prepare as per the pack)
1 -2 tbsp basil seed or chia seed (I used chia seeds)
nuts of your choice
vanilla ice cream

Boil the milk and add sugar. Let it cool completely. Once it cooled add rose syrup and transfer it into refrigerator.
Boil water and cook vermicelli for 5 minute. Drain and keep aside.
Soak basil seed or chia seed for 10 minutes
Cut prepared jelly into small pieces

Now we can set falooda
Take a tall glass add chia seeds, then add vermicelli and jelly pieces. Now pour milk mixture. Finally add scoop of ice cream. Top it with nuts and serve
