Potato croquette balls

2-3 boiled potato (depends on size)
2 eggs
50g butter
1 tsp white or black pepper powder
3 tbsp all purpose flour
Bread crumbs
Oil to fry


Mash boiled potato till it become fine dough consistency then add butter, 2 egg yolks (keep egg white for later) pepper powder and salt. Mix well and keep this in refrigerator for 2 hours to tighten up. Make small balls out of it. Coat it with all purpose flour then dip in egg white ( if you feel this egg white is not enough for all balls you can add one egg into it and mix well) then coat with breadcrumbs. Deep fry in hot oil at medium flame till it become golden brown. Serve hot kids will love it :)
